Cottage complex is planned in the manner of simple streets: there are 3-storye cottages with single rooms on the right of the street, and 2-storey cottages with suites and apartment on the left (on the seaside), in the end of the street there is a cafe.     Alpiyskaya Dolina has a special village colouring thanks to natural wood which is used for decoration of cottages and cafe.
All rooms are equipped with:   LC TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner,  mini-safe, hairdryer, a set of toiletries, Wi-Fi.

  Room amenities: a double bed or two single beds , a sofa, a bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet).  This room has a balcony with a view of the sea or the mountains and large mansard windows.  The apartment are situated in the different cottages, they occupy 2 floors of a cottage. Mini kitchen: a set of furniture, electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave oven. 
  There are three main beds: a double bed and a sofa.  There are three extra beds on a sofa and two arm-chairs.

Boarding plan - Buffet Breakfast (BB) is served in the cafe of the cottage complex.    Lunch and dinner are available at extra cost (fixed meals).

Cold and hot water is available 24-hours.

Beach is municipal, a small pebble beach, distance from the beach to the sea is 300 meters.  Our gusts can use a well-equipped VIP-beach (solarium - deck) in the entertaining complex Courage, within 600 meters from the hotel: there are day beds,  sun shades.
