Sanatorium Nizniaya Oreanda is a health resort of wide specialization. It is situated in a woodland landscape park.  The palace of Nikolas I was build in Nizniaya Oreanda in the second part of XIX century. It was the first of tsar's palaces in Crimea. The sanatorium for leaders of the Soviet government and communist party was built on the place of the palace in 1948.  Sanatorium Nizniaya Oreanda offers to combine luxurious rest in Yalta with prophylactic medical treatment procedures.

Building No 1, 2-storey building, the building is situated in upper park area.  Sanatorium premises includes: reception, cafeteria, cinema hall, 32 comfortable guestrooms.
Building No 2, 2-storey building, the building is situated in upper park area.  Sanatorium premises includes: cafeteria, billiards hall, 21 comfortable guestrooms.
Building No 3, 3-storey building, distance from the sea is 10 meters.  Sanatorium premises includes: cafeteria (in summer period), 32  comfortable guestrooms.
