A part of sanatorium complex Dulber since 1995, Morskoy  Pryboi  was founded in 1920.  Former aristocracy mansion had been turned into a holiday hotel / boarding house.  In 1984 Morskoy  Pryboi  was reorganized into sanatorium for leaders of communist party.  Ukrainian parliament, Verkhovna Rada established sanatorium Complex Dulber which united sanatoria Morsky Pryboi, Dulber and Dacha Department of Miskhor into a modern medical institution.
At present, Morskoy Priboi  is one of the elite health resorts of South Crimea.  The sanatorium offers quiet and tranquil rest on the basis of the reputable medical services.  Fabulous view of the sea and the park in Morskoy  Pryboi become a perfect setting for your holiday. 

Sanatorium is settled in the small-size seashore mansions which had been built in the first half of XX century. There are two modern sanatorium buildings with suite accommodation. Within the territory of ,  Morskoy Priboi  there is a club – dining hall, a medical treatment building with swimming pool.

Building No 1 (5-storey building with lift, distance to the sea is 100 m, comfortable, gently sloping shore descends to the beach through the park shady alleys. Erected in 1968 the building had been completely reconstructed in 1999-2001. On the ground floor of the building there is a medical department and reception area. There are 24 comfortable Junior Suites at the hotel, all the rooms are air-conditioned and overlook south Each sanatorium room of the building No1 overlooks the south, air-conditioned and has a loggia.  Number of beds: 120

• Double / Twin Junior Suite (2-roomed)
  Room amenities: a double bed or two single beds, a lounge with a sofa, two armchairs a bathroom unit (a bath, toilet, washbasin), TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, a set of upholstered furniture, loggia with a view of the south and summer furniture. The view of the sea and the park. Maximum accommodation is 5 visitors.  

Building No 2 (9-storey building with a lift, distance to the sea is 100 meters). The building was erected in 1983. In 1999 - 2000 it have completely reconstructed and refurbished. Each sanatorium room has air-conditioners. There are 26 suites at this building.
There are phyto – aromatherapy rooms on the 1-st floor of the hotel, halo-therapy room (salt cave). There is a musical room with a concert grand piano, cozy upholstered furniture and children’s game room with a baby sitter on the 2-nd floor.
There is a 24-hour medical nursing post. There is a massage room on the 8^th floor of the sanatorium. Each of the sanatorium rooms has a view of the sea, Mischor park and the beach.  Number of beds: 141

The view of the sea and the relic park. Maximum accommodation is up to 5 visitors.

• Quad Suite, 3-roomed (there are 7 rooms at the hotel)
  Room amenities: two bedrooms (with a double bed, and with two beds)  and a lounge, a TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, a set of upholstered furniture (sofa, two arm-chairs), dinner set, electric kettle, two bathroom units with a bath or a shower, a balcony with a summer furniture. A view of the sea and a relic park.
  Maximum accommodation is up to 6 visitors.

• Quad Suite, 2-floor 4-roomed (there are 4 rooms at the hotel)

  This is a two-floor room. Each floor has a bedroom and a lounge.
  Room amenities: TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, a set of upholstered furniture (a sofa and two arm chairs) dinner set, electric kettle, a double bed in the bedroom or two single beds, two bathroom units with a bath or a shower, a balcony with summer furniture, a view of the sea or a relic park.
  Maximum accommodation is up to 7 visitors.

Full board – 3 meals a day (menu a la carte: dietary, confessional).
