Major repairs are done in the left wing of the building (rooms of superior comfort), the new furniture and household facilities were installed. 
The right wing of the buildings were refurbished (standard rooms). 
A new restaurant “Silver” with outdoor grounds welcomes its guests to visit it in the basement floor.  There is freshwater pool in the patio.

Dinner - 55 UAH per adult; 30 UAH per child aged up to 12 years old;

FB plan - 3 meals a day - 180 UAH for adults; 90 UAH per child aged up to 12 years old.

Cold water is available 24-hour, hot water – according to the schedule for the rooms without water heater (for the rooms with a water-heater - hot water is available 24-hour).

A fine pebbly beach is located within 300 meters from the buildings. Transfer to the beach by cableway (included in the price of the room).
