On the slope of mount Vigorlat surrounded by forestry area, Health Resort Complex Carpathia is situated in the suburbs of the village Shayan. 210 meters above sea level, Health Resort Carpathia is set on the left bank of the river Tisza in the resort area next to mineral water springs of Shayan resort. The distance from Carpathia to the district centre Hust is 20 km; to the town of  Muachevo is 60 km.

Sanatorium Carpathia offers accommodation in one of its comfortable rooms of different rating. There are six wooden cottages with 10 Double Suites, a three-storey mini-hotel with 1-roomed Suites and 2-roomed Standards and a new treatment - dormitory building with standard and economy rooms.

Treatment - dormitory building

• Double Standard Room (1-roomed, total square is about 16 sq.m., mansard floor)
  Room amenities: a double bed or two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, chair, bedside cabinets, mini-bar, satellite TV, air-conditioner, a telephone; a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer). Room capacity : 2 main beds (extra bed is not provided).

• Double Superior Room (1-roomed, total square is about 20 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a double bed or two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, chair, bedside cabinets, mini-bar, air-conditioner, satellite TV, a telephone; a bathroom unit: (shower cubicle or bath, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer), a balcony. Room capacity : 2 main beds (extra bed is not provided).

Mini-hotel

• Double Suite (2-roomed, total square is about 32 sq.m)
  Room amenities:a corridor, a lounge, a bedroom with a double bed; a double folding sofa, upholstered arm-chairs, a wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside cabinets, mini bar, air-conditioner, satellite TV, telephone; a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer), a loggia (entrances to the bedroom and to the lounge). Room capacity : 2 main beds + 1 extra bed.

• Double Suite De Luxe (1-roomed, mansard, total square is about 35 sq.m)
  Room amenities: a corridor, a double bed, a double folding sofa, upholstered arm-chair, a desk, a chair, bedside cabinets, mini bar, air-conditioner, satellite TV, telephone; a bathroom unit (a corner bath, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer), a balcony. Room capacity : 2 main beds + 1 extra bed.

Cottages

• Double Two-level Cottage Suite (2-roomed, each cottage has 2 rooms of this rating)
  
  First floor: (total square is about 35 sq.m.): entrance hall; a lounge: upholstered furniture, two armchairs, a desk, chais, TV set (satellite TV), a sliding-door wardrobe, a mini bar; bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet).
  
  Second floor: (mansard, total square is about 30 sq.m.): entrance hall, a bedroom: a double bed, a TV set (satellite TV), chest of drawers, dressing table with a mirror, a bathroom unit (a bath, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer), a balcony. Room capacity : 2 main beds + 2 extra beds.

There are two boarding plans to choose from:

• full board - three dietary meals a day - fixed menu;
• improved meals in the restaurant available at extra cost (60 UAH per person a day).

* Breakfast + Lunch + dinner (dietary meals for package "rest") is 110 UAH per person a day;
* Breakfast + Lunch + dinner (restaurant meals; for package "rest") is 170 UAH a day.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Nearest ski lifts and winter facilities:

Hotel Erney Laz: the nearest ski rope-tow lift of 250 m long is located within 200 m of the hotel, the length of ski track is 280  meters long, artificial snow system is operating. Ski track is lightened, the night skiing is available; supplemental services: ski equipment hire; ski school.  

Ski lift in the settlement Velyatino. Ski lift of 800 meter long is located within 7 km from the complex.

Ski lift in the settlement Kaliny, Tyachevsky region. Ski lift is 1000 meter long is located within 50 meters from the complex.

Whole cost of the package is charged in case of early departure.
