Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

• Check-in time - 8:00. Checkout time – 22:00 (after supper).
• On the arrival vacationers are to go to the reception area of the recreation centre "Friendship".
• Required documents: passport, tour agency guided voucher, sanatorium and spa-treatment medical chart, for children – birth certificate, vaccination and disease-free environment certificates.
• We do not offer discounts for main bed accommodation for children/adults
• Children are admitted at any age, children under five years have discount 50% for extra bed, children in the age range 5 – 16 - years 25% discount of main place price.
• One-time payment (resort fee) is required = 1 % of the tour voucher price, it should be paid on the spot.
• Pets are not allowed at the sanatorium.

 

The price includes: accommodation, FB plan - three meals a day; in summer:  for standard rooms - fixed meals; for suites - smorgasbord; the use of the indoor swimming pool (in the cold season), the use of the beach, sanatorium treatment of the main disease (three treatment procedures a day).

The price excludes: insurance.
The first meal service is lunch; the last meal service is dinner

Please Note!

Tourist medical and accident insurance during your stay in / travel to Ukraine is obligatory and is provided by your Insurance Company.  

Insurance policy should provide a tourist with medical assistance and compensation in case of an insurance accident in the country (place) of his/her temporary residence.
